Here’s Some Fun Facts About The New Windermere High School!

Windermere High School is being constructed, as we speak, to help accommodate the recent growth of Winter Garden’s Horizon West. West Orange High School is currently housing more than 4,300 students. It was originally built to for only 3000 and so this is a definite need within the community. Windermere High School is being built to serve 2,800 students and so this will more than help with the overcrowding issue at West Orange High School.

The first official annual meeting of the Windermere High School PTSO will be held on Thursday, April 27th at 6:30 pm at the West Orange High School cafeteria.

Here are some fun facts about the new school to get everyone excited about the opening for this Fall 2017:

  1.  The School Mascot is the Wolverine.
