This weekend I will be showing homes in Clermont. It is difficult for relocation clients to know all the different areas which may fit their needs. I take into consideration my clients’ lifestyle needs as well as their housing needs. One of the biggest regrets a homebuyer can have is when they fall in love with a home without investigating the location surrounding the home. Are they an active family who likes to be biking on the weekends or swimming? Does the community provide those amenities? Maybe location is important as they want to be able to get to work in a certain amount of time. Where do they work or where do they plan on working? These are some of the questions that help me figure out the best-suited communities for my clients who choose to work with me.
Today we’ll start by looking at some of the qualities the Town of Clermont offers buyers. Let’s begin with a convenient location which is only approximately 20 minutes away from Orlando. It also has a beautiful landscape consisting of rolling hills which is not something out of town people think of when they envision living in Florida. Clermont also offers larger lot sizes and the pricing in this area is one of the most desirable attributes when compared to the Metro Orlando area. Further, Clermont has a larger inventory of homes.
Some of the key reasons previous clients chose Clermont was the beautiful parks, new retail shopping, and restaurants. Before I forget, this is one of the few locations with walkout basements! This is a HUGE plus for my Northern and Midwest clients as it is an option they do not expect to find in Florida.
