  2. Listen – The decision to sell can be an emotional one, especially if it’s a home you have great memories in.  Let me know your goals, expectations and pricing ideas.  We’re working as a team.
  3. Research – I come to our meeting prepared with the latest listings, neighborhood trends and ideas for how to position your house to get the highest selling price.
  4. Pricing Plan – We come to a mutually agreeable price to sell your home based on your input, current neighborhood market research as well as my expertise.
  5. Marketing Strategy – Some homes are better suited for couple looking for a smaller place and others for a growing family.  I take time to create a strategy to attract targeted buyers (those who can afford and are looking for a home like yours).
